Foster Scholarship
The Foster Scholarship application process is administered through the Oregon Student Assistance Commission (OSAC). The Commission accepts scholarship applications annually and has a March 1st deadline. Interested students and public health workers are encouraged to contact the Oregon Student Assistance Commission for more information.

How to Navigate the OSAC website
OSAC sends completed applications, including a required essay, to Community Health Partnership for review by the Foster Scholarship Committee, a multi-cultural committee comprised of public health and education professionals. The committee presents recommendations to the CHP Board of Directors for final approval. Scholarship awardees are notified in July and hosted at a reception in their honor by the CHP Board of Directors.
